OUR PROCESS FOR MOLD REMEDIATION
DRY ICE BLASTING
Removes the mold from the top layer of studs and wall framing. It is a clean process.
RUN HEPA AIR SCRUBBERS
By running air scrubbers in a containment area, removal of
partials and contaminants by way of HEPA filtration will
change the air approximately 10 times per hour.
DEHUMIDIFIERS
Dehumidifiers are put in place to dry surfaces and stop mold from colonizing. Mold requires moisture levels to be at or above 50% in order to do so.
BIO-FRESH
Bio-Fresh are used after surfaces, including floors and walls have been HEPA vacuumed and cleaned .
FUNGICIDAL COATINGS.
These products are used to inhibit mold growth. Foster 40/20 and Foster 40/50 both have a 10 year warranty against mold growth.
OZONE MACHINE
Ozone generators are used once all visible mold has been removed and surfaces have been cleaned. Ozone generators are used as a non-chemical agent that sanitizes the air and the rest of the conditioned space.
